&lt;p&gt;whoop_chat is a personal training assistant that connects to your WHOOP account and your
Intervals.icu training calendar so you can ask about your recovery data and adjust your
training plan by voice or text.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h2 id="what-data-we-access"&gt;What data we access&lt;/h2&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;WHOOP&lt;/strong&gt; (via the WHOOP API, with your explicit OAuth consent): recovery score, heart
rate variability (HRV), resting heart rate, SpO2, skin temperature, sleep, strain, and
workout summaries.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Intervals.icu&lt;/strong&gt; (via your API key): planned workouts and calendar events.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What you tell the app&lt;/strong&gt;: subjective notes about how you feel, used to inform coaching
suggestions.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;h2 id="how-data-is-used"&gt;How data is used&lt;/h2&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Your data is used solely to answer your questions and to propose adjustments to your own
training plan. It is never used for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to
